yes they do. It's the same as normal fee. Don't remember it. If you are registered NGO, then you can get rid of fees or at least get some lower rates.

hmm, I thought that the final screen uses same image as on the first screen. No idea how to change the "thank you page". I just checked the button creation looks very similar as it was in this video. There might be some differences between countries and maybe because my account is business it looks different to yours? I think it depends on the form plugin you are using? YOu could also email a download link (could be on dropbox or google drive) after they've signed up

donate has also credit card option. Paypal me is simpler. I think you can change the name in the settings. Another option is to use something like ko-fi.com to get donations.

oh, I don't think you'll be able to distinguish to whom the donations was sent with ko-fi. Actually neither with paypal. Basically each memeber would have to create their own paypal.me or kofi accounts for this to work.
