How far in advance do you make this bouquet style? How do you store it if it’s made day or two before the delivery day if you don’t have a floral cooler? And how do you deliver this to the bride on the wedding day? Thanks girls!❤

We recommend building the bridal bouquet the the day before the event! You'll want to keep it in a hydrated in a vase and make sure the stems are drinking water. To give the blooms a little bit of a cushion against the sides of the vase we recommend using some soft packing material underneath the stems. Callas actually don't love the cold, so they won't need to be kept in a floral cooler. Just keep the bouquet in a cool dark area away from bright sunny windows and heating vents and change the water in the vase to keep the stems fresh. Be sure to pack the vase securely in a box with packing material surrounding it to keep it from tipping during transit, or have a friend hold it while driving it to the bride! We like using liquor store boxes, with those handy dividers, to transport bouquets!

I don't remember where I heard this but I need to know if it's true I'm doing wedding bouquets with black calla's. I hear your not supposed to put them in the water with other flowers cause the sap kills the other flowers?

Keep them separate while processing/hydrating them. Then after the bouquet is made, just change that water daily and you should be fine!

How do you wire these for floral foam?

We recommend using a trash stem to create a hole that you can place the calla stem into. Calla's have a very soft stem that is prone to bending or snapping. Creating that pre-made hole helps prevent this. you can also feed a small piece of floral wire up through the bottom of the stem to help secure it in place when adding to foam!
