Creating Content as an Anxious Small Business Owner 🌱

Thank you guys for being here! As a small business owner with anxiety around social media I struggle a lot to stay consistent. Determining that I needed to have some type of content ready before the month even started, I think was a game changer for me. Thank you for highlighting your creative process. I’m always scared to make videos like these because I feel like they’ll be too boring. But in reality, they’re helpful to small creators like myself and allow us to feel less anxious about doing it too. Also I like the content calendar. All of this can definitely be so daunting but I’m beginning to realize that writing it down is actually so helpful

Thank you so much for your kind words. I was scared to make this video too and share my anxiety around social media, but I figured if i'm feeling it, then other people must feel this way too. Writing it down definitely helps so much! And breaking it down to only 8 reels & 4 carousels (or whatever strategy works for you) also makes the number seem smaller! I also loveee crossing things out haha so that helps too.
