AliExpress has these manikins but it takes longer to get them. I've seen them vary greatly in price on Amazon and often depending on if or not it's sold as a set, has accessories, or the stand. Read seller descriptions carefully to make sure you are getting what you want. I wish I'd bought one but as I don't do concept art I opted for a typical wooden sketch manikin.
