Your work is exquisite! I’m just in awe and inspired to trigger my own creative bone. Compared to you, Mine is just child’s play.🤗🤗🤗

Those are really cool. You might get 1 or 2 more flags from a block if you slice them off with a band saw instead of the table saw.

Yep! My bandsaw needs some work, once that happens I’ll cut those on them.

Those came out great ! Stars really are crisp, definitely the best way to cut them.

Before you remove the flag from the laser jig, fill the star holes with white power coating material and run it again to cure instead of painting. There are vids on YT to see the effect. It's easier than painting in tiny places. Harbor freight sells white, local powder coating shops have colors. Cool video, thanks!

I love this project, those flags look amazing! I also love that you took the flag and used it as an inlay...that's pretty brilliant if you ask me. Very very cool. I can only imagine the patience you had to have. I don't have an Xtool, but did you mention that it followed the contours for the stars, if so maybe if you have time down the road you could do a YT on how you designed it and set it up. Anyways...awesome job, I think I'm as excited as you were.😊
