Teams invites DO NOT say the timezone on the invite. This is a major error that MS needs to fix. it tries to guess my time zone but gets it wrong, and I have no way to know its wrong. the only work around is if the meeting host will type out the time and timezone of the meeting and put it in the text of the email.

The only other option then is a touch screen device. You can use your finger or a stylus.

How else it’s a meeting canceled, can it happen on its own? I had an interview but then received a cancelation email without a comment so I think it was done automatically by mistake especially considering the time that this was sent (10:20 pm) Can this happen?

The organizer of the meeting must have cancelled the meeting and must have mentioned comments in the small box that appears. Meetings don't get cancelled automatically.

@@greenrexenigma That means the organizer simply clicked on Cancel Meeting and did not put comments in that box.

Yes it does. The person outlook too shows the phrase 'Remove from Calendar'. 😄

It depends upon the RAM and the type of hard disk you have on your Laptop. Yes it does take time on load the calendar at times. check the amount of processor power utilised by MS-Teams

Irrespective of what you have clicked in the RSVP, you can still join by the link which the organiser can send you via Email Or an individual chat
