That's exactly how I make my lead sheets, and how I play Baby Blue! Except my voice is lower than yours. Leaving off the capo makes it perfect for my voice. Thanks! :)

And I do the same thing with Ultimate Guitar. I copy and paste, and then spend about two hours fixing it! I try like heck to make the whole thing fit on one page. I add some chord diagrams in the margins with a pen, because I haven't the patience to add computer versions of these diagrams.

I think I may prefer open C to the Am7/G? See if you agree, or am I all wet! :)

The Am7/G would be to be able to include the bass note in a single guitar arrangement. What actually would happen is that the Am7 x02010 would change to a 3x2010 which is actually a C/G but it looks like an Am7 with a G bass. The notes are (from low to high) G E G C E . CEG is a C chord. ACEG is an Am7 chord.

Yep, these lead sheets are a lot of work. But once you do them, then you can just pull it up and play it. And every time you make an improvement, ie move some chord or add some figure or instruction, your playing gets better. It means you don't forget all of the improvements you make over time. So if you don't play a song for a year or so, you can come right back to where you were, and not be re-inventing the wheel. Yeah, it is a lot of fiddly note-taking. But it pays off! :)
