Today we will talk about a topic that really fascinates me, I have a lot of ideas that I would like to share with you.

Today I would like to share my thoughts on how to create a talent development system in the company. And I want to admit right away that I had no experience in building an educational organization, I am not an expert in creating corporate universities or training centers.
So I'm ready for criticism.
At the same time, I have extensive experience of interacting with similar corporate training structures as a coach and consultant, as well as with universities, business schools as a visiting professor.
I see that the issues of training are not always solved efficiently, the resources of companies could be spent more systematically.
This topic is extremely interesting for me, and I decided to share my view based on my experience and, in many ways, on a deep understanding of the given topic. Perhaps some company will be interested in trying out my ideas - please contact me, I would just take up such a project with great desire and energy.

Нет ничего проще чем создать сложную многофункциональную систему которая на практике не будет работать :) Нет ничего сложнее чем создание простой структуры действий которая на практике хорошо работает :):) Хотелось бы услышать о простых структурах !:)
