I don't understand the "dislikes" on anyone's tutorial video. What is there not to like? I ask that as a serious question. This is your style, your personal work, if someone doesn't like it, move along. I just don't understand why someone would unlike it. I thank you for your tutorials. I wouldn't even know where to start if people like you didn't offer these how-to videos. I can develop my own style later, but I have to start somewhere, and I'm thankful that people like you are willing to offer this help. I'm inspired by what appears to be the ease of water colors.

I'm a 67 year-old retiree, who has just rediscovered my creative art side (after 20 years and raising a family). I love your work with the simplicity and beauty in your technique! Both watercolors and Pen & Ink are both my favorite mediums (also Procreate) to work with. I believe I could combine these techniques to create bookmarks, greeting cards, tags, oracle decks, and so on--the sky is the limit! Thank you for this great video!♥

I have been remiss in not thanking you for saving part of my mind through a difficult few years. You have graced me by the serenity of both the sight of you doing your art, and the sound of your teaching and explaining how to do what you do. Which gave me the little bump I needed to create a space in my life to create and restore balance, give a gift to myself of serenity. I was in a very bad place emotionally…..this is my therapy and medicine. So that I am able for the rest of the day deal with life’s demands as a decent and caring person. Thank you so very much. You and what you do mean quite a bit to me.

Just found this video now. I am in awe of your work. I have just started doing some watercolour painting now at the age of 70 and today tried your flowers from one of your videos. (It was one with easy flowers) I was so surprised that I could paint them. Thank you so much. You cannot believe how happy you have made this old lady, especially with all the stress over the last year. I live in South Africa so can't get all the pens you mention but will do my best with what I have. I am so excited with all the videos I have to watch of yours now.

Bookmarks are great. I still read books too! In this tutorial, I liked the white guache ones best, but I do enjoy your doodles! So fun!

Here I am and I feel amazed at what you showed me that I can do. I did and can't wait to share these lovely bookmarks. I used some 'Honey shimmer colors because I am into sparkle (subtle) and it takes a while long to dry. I am in awe of you and all the other ever giving artists on KZbin. I would never have believed that I could use my cheap Bee paper and get it so wet and it did not buckle. I was thinking it would not work because at first the paper did look very wavy while it was wet, but as it dried with the tape still on, it turned out perfectly flat. Thank you soooo much for this great and easy way to get amazing results.

I am completely new to your yt channel here, and wanted to thank you for an idea that spawned a really lovely painting! You were misting your paper, using a small flat brush to create flowers. It was so pretty, I set up my painting area to recreate yours. As it is with ALL artists, we can never ever paint or have a final piece like the original artist! But! What DID happen was very cool! I misted my Bee 100% cotton 8x10ish spiral notebook on one page. Feeling puckish, I grabbed a few tins of Prima watercolors. And the final result was BEAUTIFUL. (my husband's opinion). I accidentally created a water scene resplendent with an usual baby blue clouded sky, fall trees, sloped grass hill, and a pond/creek area. Then I walked away. And my wc fairies stopped by and finished it. When I returned 2 hours later, I was astonished. So thank you very much CeeCee, as you helped me to add a new way to paint to put into my painting repertoire! And while I was unable to create your water drop flowers, I did a few more paintings in my new style (borrowed from you!), and love what's happened for me. I've not felt successful for some months, and this made me feel like a watercolorist again! :)

I think I like the non-doodle ones best; but there were a couple doodled bookmarks that I like too. I just stumbled upon your videos and love them. I am a 70 year old Granny who has loved to "color, cut, and paste" my entire life. When I was little all I had to work with were watercolor paint, crayons, and lots of glitter! I took up card making several years ago and just in the past year have started painting on stamped images with watercolor so am now thinking of just doing some "loose" flower painting thanks to your inspiration. Love your work! Thank you so much for sharing your techniques and artistry! I find I spend more time "watching" than doing...guess I need to reverse this.

IDK if I am repeating myself but ever since I started watching your videos months ago even though I painted in oils and acrylics for the last few years and just like a year or so into water coloring... I've learned so much in these exercises that it brought my paintings into another level it taught me to be free where before I would either not finish a painting because I felt it wasn't good enough to even look at myself. I am free to paint and it feels good to let loose and come up with something nice. so you should pat yourself on the back for giving people like me who struggled to let go! Thank you from the bottom of my heart your amazing Happy New Year!
