You never need to apologize for putting family first, that's how it should be. I had different circumstances but I home schooled mine all the way through to 12th grade. It's absolutely a full time job but it's also wonderful to have that extra time together. We just don't have enough of that anymore it seems. God bless & Stay safe!

Absolutely kiddos have to come first! I’ve been handling preschool for my grandson while mom and dad are both working from ho.e. It is not for the faint of heart ❤️. I admit I mostly ignore my collection of folders but you’ve inspired me to give them a work out. I am also working from home with a school at home high school senior. Good afternoon flower. Your children are always first priority, with hubby second and then the rest of the world. This is a catastrophe that is affecting the whole world lass, but we are blessed with people like yourself. I never walk away from your video's thinking that i have just wasted x amount of time. You are a brilliant teacher who teaches and talks to us and not, never down to us. There is a vast difference between the two types of teaching and i love it when your name pops its head up to say hello with a new video. Thank you for letting me finally get to grips with how to have the raised foreground and a coloured back. I have never been able to get this right, probably because my brain always does it the same way, even if i think that i haven't. I loved all your cards today, but my favourite had to be the red cardinal, it's the nearest i'm going to get to our red robins that come, although they might be a good deal smaller. Hi Jennifer, thank you for another great video! It was funny, as I just purchased a beautiful kind of graphic 3d embossing folder from sizzix and I got some creatively freeze over me. I was wondering if you had that sometimes, That you have such a beautiful background card you're scared to do anything with it? I used this amazing folder with silver paper and it is just mesmerizing. In the end I thought your remarks with other beautiful backgrounds, keep it simple. So I did. A tip I have with these 3D folders is that due to the big difference of the front and the back of your card, your paper can torn. When that happened to me I misted the paper a bit with water and than run it through the machine and there was no torning! So if other viewers have this problem of torning wet the paper slightly! Kind regards from the Netherlands, No sorry for spending time with your kids. (but I am very happy you manage to squeeze this one in between!)

I know the idea is to give us all ideas to use the embossing folders, however I have a hard time getting past the fact that there are no blue flowers in nature. Purple, pink , yellow, even some green, but not blue.

You don't need to apologize for taking time for your children. And I feel for parents right now. My son is grown. Im glad I do not need to do home schooling. But, we do thank you for sharing your talent with us. Had to watch this again. I haven't done this technique with 3d folders yet. I already have used this technique since you did this a couple years ago. I have one folder I use so often, I had to get a 2nd one. Its a lacy one. I mostly use them for sympathy and wedding cards. They are quickly made. Mostly just a sentiment will finish it off. But with a wow factor.

Jennifer believe me, most of us who have children, are all home schooling them. I have four boys who are going to virtual classes. Three of my boys are teenagers and one in sixth grade. You never need to apologize to any of us! Our kiddos always come first. I loved these cards. They are each and every one is incredibly beautiful!
