YES, this is her original song. During the song Fly Like A Bird, she sings a word while in whistle register. It is also in black and white thus giving it a unique feel. 🎶👱‍♀️👗👠👠💓

This Morissette Amon masterpiece, might have been one of the top 10 to 15 live performances ever. It made me start to really take her seriously as an Apex, elite, international level superstar voice. Since then, my evaluation of her is that she is a top 5 to 8 Pop singer ever. FTR, I am a retired professional music critic, with 45+ years experience. I saw Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Charice etc. in their peak years live and Morissette Amon is their equal, at least.

Thanks for the nice reactions to Morissette! Please keep them coming!! We Mowienatics cannot get enough of our Queen!! She is the best!! Kiko Salazar wrote Akin Ka Na Lang for Morissette to sing in a competition. Mori started co-writing her own songs with her fiancé Dave Lamar during the Covid pandemic. The 5 originals she has released (Love You Still, Phoenix, Trophy, Will You Stay, and MIrror) are all on her EP entitled "Signature". They are all fantastic!!💖💖💖💖

Thanks for reacting to the Queen Mori. A songwriter made this song, and of all the singers in the Philippines, he chose Morissette to sing it. She is a songwriter herself, pls look up her originals - Love You Still, Trophy, Will You Stay, Mirror and Phoenix.

The fact that she held out that note along with the whistle right afterwards for 14 seconds and then shortly afterwards held a 16 second belt is amazing to me. I really think you should listen to her sing I Wanna Know What Love Is by Foreigner. She sings it in the same manner that Mariah Carey sings it. It is truly amazing.

If I'm not mistaken Morissette's voice range is already at 5.8 octave. Her voice, her tone, the clarity everything is very amazing. Her 14 seconds belting is very incredible, especially the A6 whistle register. Just wow !!!!

The song was an entry to a songwriting competition in the Philippines and Mori performed the song. It was composed by somebody else that I forgot the name. Lol but the song was made for her to perform it on the stage and the song won the grand prize.

If you’ve never heard her, go for anything she’s done that’s stripped, just her and typically a piano. But there’s an awesome catalog to chose from. She does covers but mostly her own songs. 4:44 when she brings the thunder and you realize how incredible she is. IMO, she is the best technical female vocalist out there currently. Yeah, she doesn't hit the 'it just needs a beat' vibe of current popular music, but you can't fault the ability and natural talent she brings. Morissette's only personal flaw is she pushes herself insanely hard and doesn't give herself the proper time to relax/decompress. You could see an incredible difference when she had a few months off from the COIVD crap and launched 'Fly Like a Bird'. My hope is she takes it easier and doesn't burn out, kind of like Mariah did.

MORISSETTE aside from being ASIA's Pboenix! also tagged as QUEEN IF COVERS! A SONG KILLER! but to try, cover her songs in her Pilipino Tagalog dialect Man!, it's 99% Impossible. Thousand from different Countries had Cover Her song but, they all failed. The closest is the Guy from UKRAINE or KASAHKSTAN i'm sorry! not sure of his Country followed by a guy from South Korea. Pls! check out her whistle register used many times in her risky performance when She represent her Country in 2017 ASIA SONG FESTIVAL where She got her title as ASIA's PHOENIX! and She was asked to do it again the following year 2018 where She was loved and got respect by many Koreans when She sang Koreans Powerhouse Lee Young Hyun's RESIGNATION She does it in 2 languages, Enblish and Korean in the last ending part of the song seems that RESIGNATION is the most well known and most favorite song in South Korea 2nd to their National Anthem.
