I often have trouble keeping my edges straight with crochet patterns and was a bit nervous about trying this one because of the comments by several people. What is blanket size please & how much yarn did it take? The skeins I have are 152 yards each. It is 3 oz “I love this cotton “ yarn. I have 5 skeins of variegated & 7 skeins of matching solid. I didn’t think either color was enough on its own.

I can’t thank you enough for this tutorial. I just finished my blanket this morning. I taught myself how to crochet when I found out I would be a first time grandparent. This was my first project.
