I absolutely hate the pen tool in Photoshop - why is there no pen trail while adding lines? The pen tool in Illustrator is so satisfying and easy to use. Why couldn't it be exactly like that in Photoshop I will not understand

Da666ManIsBak there is you just have to turn it on. It’s the rubber band option.
