OH MY GOD YES! For many reasons...not only because I am a teacher and may someday have to deal with one of my own darlings coming after me and us and shooting us....it was the fact that those kids STOOD UP regardless of their own issues and impediments and anything that may have kept them from SAVING others who did not have their knowledge...I LOVE the last scene and CRIED whole-heartedly over it

The OA is the first I’ve seen from Brit and I plan to watch eeevrything she written/been in. I love her so much. I love how she went in depth for the role and really tried to understand the role. Such an inspiration!
@dannhymir96785 жыл бұрын
That's right, Another Earth was very thought provoking as well. I thought much better than Melancholia (with Kirsten Dunst) which dealt with a similar theme. Brit Marling is a very exceptional actress, but she's just as good a director and producer/creator of intelligent material.

I am so glad Brit is getting interviewed. A few weeks back there weren't any interviews on the show or its cast. This show should have taken Stranger Things's spot in EVERY award show that honors TV. The OA is a masterpiece, and that last episode, those last eight minutes, could well be among the best in TV history. Was sobbing my life out.

Watching Season 2 as we speak!! Effin' amazing Stranger things has nothing on the OA. Stranger Things is more of a commercial household name and the OA is a deep philosophical thinker that takes you on several journeys of self awakening. 3% and OA are Netflix's hidden gems and the best thing, imo, to come out of the streaming platform.

As a writer, actress, director, videographer, etc...this show kept my interest. Within three days, we saw the whole season and was looking for the second season after we saw the last episode. Personally playing the numerous rolls in production myself, it is a true gifting when people can perform more than one key roll in the productions. My hat is completely tipped to Brit Marling! Brit and Zal worked 3 years on this show, it's their life work. They did the ENTIRE story ahead and presented it to Netflix with a reason, which makes me think they wouldn't of sold it by any chance without a 1000% certainty that it's gonna be made from beginning to end. (We're talking about Brit and Zal here BRILIANT minds) Just saying, I still have hopes that the "cancelation" was just a part of the plan, I can sense some very subtle hints in Jason's and her interviews as well.
