I suspect that some of it is a counter-reaction. On an anti-Sony thread, people were treating the first Creature Commando trailer as if it were concrete proof that the DCU is already back on top......when it was one trailer. Given that The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker hardly turned the DCU around, a sane reaction to the Gunnverse stuff should be wary optimism. We'll see if people show up AND if David Zaslev avoids kneecapping the whole thing.

It’s great to have her as part of a cinematic universe and in what apparently will be a major role in the story (since she kicks off the plot of Creature Commandos). Hopefully she will be one of the main villains in multiple shows/movies on the DCU (like Paradise Lost or a Wonder Woman movie).
