It was only a mess , because WB had too many hands in the pot and they Rush everything Snyder wanted a man of steel Trilogy and WB wanted to keep up with Marvel , But I got confidence in James Gunn vision should be fun

I agree with a lot of your assessment. This is the start. And remember they have DC Elseworlds too. I wanna see that logo on The Penguin. The bullet is brilliant idea. It’s about mood and feel and the bullet sets the mood totally.

I was hoping Marvel would do a Howling Commandos cartoon and then I heard DC was doing this, hopefully Marvel will do a live action commandos to lean into the supernatural side of the universe more. I’m not familiar with DC’s monsters but visually this looks like the Hellboy cartoons a little bit in style. I’m hoping it’s good, the art style looks funky like old hand drawn, not the polished cgi look to it, I’ll give it a shot.
