Back in the day I went into the truck stops and asked other truck drivers and they gave me phone numbers of Brokers and I did business with them and got paid within 30 days always never no hassles of course back in the day a speeding ticket would only cost you $50 a log book violation $50

My question is this how are you hauling freight all over the United States when you're a Canadian company and DOT says that you ain't supposed to be able to do that but guess Canadian trucking companies dont follow the USA laws now days bc Canadian companies are sending ppl into USA that cant even speak English now days

The answer is a lot simpler than you think. It's because we're not hauling across the US as a Canadian company. We simply have a US company that does all our US to US loads. But yes, you're right. It is illegal for Canadian companies to interstate. That is called cabotage.

$250 minimum per pallet when I was a city driver at a large LTL carrier. I was expected to generate $2800 per hour pickups or deliveries. Pull into a customer, count pallets, shrink wrapped skids said to contain X pieces, inspect. Pro label pallets, finish Bills of lading. 3 pallets coulee 3 different destinations each $500 or more. 10 minute stop = $1500 revenue. 4 stops per hour. I would sometimes do 20 deliveries before lunch and 20 pickups in the afternoon. If you want to see what LTL can pay, I posted some manifests. Running team now. Dock supervisors are supposed to load each pup to a minimum of $5 per mile revenue. I have seen $20 er mile often enough that it is not unusual. Huge overhead with LTL carriers though. Over 280 terminals in the lower 48 at the place I work. Good pay and benefits also. Thanks for the video.
