Armaf smells very similar to cool water like 90% at least if I didn't know this existed I'd say it was cool water

I had a bottle of GIT for a year and although it did smell good, I never find inspiration in grassy, green scents. It's just not what I prefer to send as a message about myself. But I do respect the scent for what it is and if I had to GO GREEN, it would be GIT. Great review brada.

Its funny.. when I first got Tres Nuit and sprayed it I was instantly disappointed cause I thought it smelled just like Cool Water, but NOOO. Luckily my brother has Cool Water, and when comparing Armaf and CW side by side, they are very different. Now after wearing it, I love my Tres Nuit, really smells great. And Oh yeah, subscibed!😊

I have smelt a sample of King from P&P and I think it smells really good. Now I need to smell Armafs version. Definitely not buying GIT so I'll decide on which one to buy between those two.

Fantastic intro as usual. I've never tried Green Irish Tweed, but Cool Water is one of my favorite scents (partially because of nostalgia), so I think I'm gonna have to try a sample sometime.

Fishy smell might be ambroxan. I tried an Issey Miyake fragrance contining ambroxin on vacation and it made me feel sick. I like it now in small amounts and the cool weather of Edinburgh Scotland.

A bit late but, it’s an aroma chemical named: „Calone“ that gives off that fishy smell. It’s a synthetic note that gives fragrances the „aquatic“ attributes. It’s very pleasant in the air around you but smells fishy undiluted. Just smell the sprayer of an aqua di gio or some other calone heavy fragrance and you will definitely get that strange smell.

Omg. I went and bought this stuff, the green Irish tweet. This is because of the hype from other people I know. This is the cologne my granddaddy wore. I been trying to find what that smell was because I NEVER knew the name. He wore this cologne back in the very early 90’s. That stuff is sooo old school, but it smell good as hell. Is smells almost close to Thierry Mugler original green bottle cologne that I bought with the Creed. That Mugler cologne is hard to find.

I think KING could be more universally appealing, across demographics. I’ve been told by some folks around me that GIT smells a little old. But I love it. Glad it works for you.

I'm surprised emerald isle wasn't compared as well. I've never smelled it but I remember it getting a lot of hype when it was released as being a pretty close representation of GIT.

I used to own Emerald Isle. Really pleasant! But goes in quite a different direction from GIT in my opinion.
