Excellent video you are an example that even with all your experience on these rivers that even with all your knowledge and skills you have to always be ready for the unexpected! I’m glad you are safe it sucks to lose some of our investment, but you didn’t lose your life and that’s a win for everyone! This was a great teaching and learning experience for all anglers today a beautiful place with awesome amounts of fish can also hide a dangerous side to her! Tight lines take care and God bless!

Beautiful river that flows day in & day out minding its on business & you getting to enjoy some of its beauty, it would have been a great time without catching any fish, but catching some was a bonus, I'm sorry you flipped the kayak & lost a camera & battery, that's why it's important to have a partner with you! Your very blessed to do these floats!👍

A few years ago I spent a week at an airbnb on that stretch of the river. Second day were there torrential rains started, and the river rose 7-8 feet. I was really looking forward to fishing it, but it just wasn't going to happen with the water so high.

One of the first rules of kayaking is to lean INTO the rock. When you lean INTO the rock, you will lift your kayak's upstream edge up, allowing water to pass underneath. If you do not, the water will stack up on upstream edge, forcing it down, creating a window shade effect.

You’re going to end up breaking your leg if you keep trying to use your foot outside of the kayak to steer… Better to use the paddle as the pole - if that breaks it doesn’t need to go to the hospital. Keep on making the great content man - don’t wanna see you out of commission.
@chipseiler17663 ай бұрын
I can't believe that you STILL haven't replaced that broken paddle. ..then again, if you keep up these expensive types of trips where you lose a GoPro and have to replace that, maybe you ought to just keep using the broken one. 🤔
