hi! so i mentioned this already elsewhere but i recorded two version of 'Creep' last month with this one winning the 'which do i post first' poll.
this song has been done 1million times but i really wanted to do a cover too. thanks for humoring me 😭
i think this one was more fun to produce and more 'in character' ig, but the acoustic version coming next feels a lot more 'honest' and raw. so it'll be interesting to see which is preferred once they're both out 👀
the most frustrating part for this one was not being able to belt like i wanted during the 'break' (bless mixed voice and distortion), and not knowing what to call the 'version' because it's so many different genres put together.
i ran out of time before i could get the vision 100% to what i wanted but it was still good practice. acoustic ver up next ✌️

I'm currently in college, but I subbed to Jayn back in high school, when I was more into Jayn's typical covers. It's pretty surreal and cool to see Jayn cover a Radiohead song I only got into in college, way to stay relevant

I encountered that person during my adulthood, A young mommy, very tired, just a person as many. I wonder if the people I hurt, feel the same now, looking at me. I was listening to the original song for months last year. I thought it really suited a character I had in mind. I've always loved these versions of songs I loved over the years from you, but this one is so personal I have to ask, will there be a version of this that's just music? I need more of this... I can't stop listening... I'll likely keep listening if you will or won't either way so no need to stress, last thing I want to do is stress you or worse ^-^" but it never hurts to ask right? it's just those first few notes at the start feel like my heartbeat... I always feel my heart ache at those first few notes...
