Before you read this comment let me say the words "Spoiler Alert"! If you haven't already watched the video, watch it first then come back to this... My inturpritation of the story: We've all gathered that the main character narrating was in a car accident in which his friends all died and he got put in a coma. We have all established that! However, nobody has really answered why he was in a bedroom at the end, what actually happened to everyone he told to leave the hospital room/bedroom and who the old man was chasing them... To start with I'll explain the man chasing them. (Remember, this is just my inturpritation. It's not necessarily fact). The way I see it is that the house they all went to was in some way heaven. Well, an afterlife, and I beleive that the old man chasing them in this whole "door game" is God. Think about it, they've all died in certain ways and it never actually says the old man kills them one by one. He merely illustrates and shows the main character how they died. Now let's explain the bedroom at the end. In my opinion the bed room is ironically a plot twist within a plot twist. Remember about half way through he tells everyone (Who remains) in the house to get through the door to safety? Well, that's kinda what he did at the end in the real world when he told everyone to leave the hospital room. This could symbolise that he himself was going to die at some point. He escaped the house yes, but, only to some extent. Meaning that before he died something or someone (like God) wanted him to see how everything happend. And what will happen in his future I.e telling everyone to leave the room he was in. So, now he is in a room much like the one in the house. Unfortunately at this stage, he has died. Which means, this whole thing was like an out of body experience. One in which people usually recover from. The main character in this story however, didn't make it. (In my opinion) So yeah that's basically what I think. I know someone is likely to say "Well how is he narrating the story if he's dead" And my answer is... Welcome to the CreepyPasta community. Thumbs up if you agree or whatever ☺

I believe that the old man was the drunk driver that drove into the limo or "Death" himself since people view death as an elderly man usually, if you exclude the whole grim reaper shizzle. The "game over" could have meant that the "game" was actually over since the chaser had failed to catch our protagonist in time, when he jumped out of the attic window we were told that the sun was coming up as well, the poster stated that the 'game' ends on daybreak, so when he opened the curtains he saw the sun, the game was indeed over, and it makes a bit more sense this way, no?

One quibble: Pat's father wouldn't have said "The limo fell into 'a river.'" People who live near rivers don't refer to them in this way. He would have said "The limo fell into the Hudson," or whatever the name of the local waterway is. The way it's written it sounds like Pat's father doesn't know what river it is.

In a room with one door, then something hung about knowing what's next had it stopped at the coma reveal, I woulda got the the drivers words and the connections to what was said through out, but that lat part kinda threw me. I think it's the presentation of it that makes it more of a creepypasta, since you wouldn't exactly guess that this is a feelspasta until the very end when the truth of the matter is revealed. Overall, a good way of playing with people's expectations.
