Another interesting fact is that Scott himself had nightmares about Bonnie, during the development of the first game. His nightmare had Scott in his house at night and he saw Bonnie in his hallway, and he tried to close his door, but it was stuck open. Number 3 is quite obvious. The phone guys calls are not calls at all, they are recordings. Meaning that the recordings were meant for another security guard working in the summer and phone guy did not bother creating new recording for you.

The problem is, if it is in fact a pre recorded message, then why he mention the establishment “Closing Down” when you somehow get a job placement there anyway? I think the most logical answer is that you don’t receive the pay check until much later, in fact, this was the case in the first game as well, with the date being later in the year but the games description detailing the night watchmen task as being a “Summer Job.” Ultimately Though, it honestly doesn’t matter.

I think the reason for the summer/winter thing is that Phone Guy's message was recorded in summer, intended for a previous nightguard. After the death of Phone Guy in the fourth night, the messages are kept as an introduction for new nightguards. As to why the fourth and fifth messages were never deleted, I imagine that Phone Guy would record a set of five messages for the first week of a new night guard's employment, to be deleted once the new employee felt confident in their tasks. However, once Phone Guy had died, the company decided to keep the latest set of instructions rather than hire a new instructor.

I think the reson that it starts with the summer job thing and ends with the paycheck in winter is because Jeremy was at Fazbear's for a much longer time than just 5 nights, which would also explain how the animatronics get more difficult as the game progresses, few a are fixed, software is upgraded, etc.

The "Night 8" thing interests me. Its where in FNAF2 you can slide your cursor quickly between night 6 and custom night, and for just a moment at random, night 6 will display as "night 8" it happens enough that there's no mistaking it, but ive never been able to click it at the right time.

On #3, I think it ties back with the idea that the FNAF2 guard was the victim of the Bite of 87. He was in recovery for six months until they gave him his paycheck. Even if he wasn't the victim, the company's assets could easily have been frozen or seized (or just gone into bankruptcy), not allowing them to pay him until that time.. Given that the paycheck for both games matches that year's American Minimum wage, I think it unlikely that he's Australian

This is my theory on the pay check : The newspaper ad had come out in summer but nobody wanted to apply due to the news of Fredbears Diner . Jeremy is looking for a job and digs through some old newspapers and calls the restaurant to see if there is a vacancy . He gets the job and the start of the second game or he applied in the summer but was only excepted in November

The bite victim was most likely the protagonist of the second game. The bit occurred in 87 which is the same year of the game, the protagonist was placed to day shift during night 6 (at this point it suggested the kids have already died). The chances are this point the Animatronics have already been possessed and they attack the protagonist during the day which nearly kills him since he was last seen by the Animatronics alive, they assumed hes was not dead and attacked all the night shift guards since then which explain why the phone guy was dead during the first games.

I don't know when this was made but. The reason why the Phone Guy in FNaF 2 says it's your Summer job is because the phone calls are prerecorded in all 3 first games. And yes, FNaF is set in North America due to research on the minimum wage which is $4.?? (i forgot) leaves it to only a few states in America at that time.

This is probably a dumb theory but shadow Bonnie might still be a figure of Bonnie. It might not be toy Bonnie but when you think about it, in the first game, Bonnie's teeth aren't lined up like a normal bunny, but in the second one they are. So even though original Bonnie doesn't have a face, it could be a hallucination of her with a face

Nothing ever explicitly stated that the suit used to lure the children away was a Freddy suit. "There was a spare in the back, a yellow one", who do we see in the safe room in the final night ending minigame of FNaF 3? Springtrap. A yellow animatronic suit that can be climbed into by a person, and the purple man knows how. The purple man used Spring Bonnie to lure away and kill the children.

i think the toxic meter measured how much time you had to put the mask on for it to be successful. if it drops to zero and you aren't wearing a mask: death. I'd guess it was scrapped because jumpscares aren't supposed to be predictable.
