I had a schoolmate who could not go to sleep overs or excursions because most of the time he would wake up and start running in his sleep, knocking down anything he encounters and suddenly wakes up confused. Normally when people sleepwalk, they usually have nightmares, so if you ever see someone sleepwalk normally the best thing to do is to put an obstruction in the path, that makes their brain reset and go back to point of origin. Waking them up is sometimes ill advised unless in a emergency, like I said, they're normally have nightmares so if you try to pat them on the shoulder or something, they might come out swinging.
