I am so amazed at how decieved people are, and how "Christians" are enjoying cursing this man. The Bible says "Blessings and Cursing should not come from the same mouth, why? because we are all made in his image, and it is like Cursing God. I do understand why the bible says that its hard for a rich man to get into heaven. But my point is that not all rich people are evil and there is nothing immoral or unGodly about having lots of money.

@BigLove1012 жыл бұрын
@@walterwalls6507 I hope all is well with you. Mr. Tito only quoted that specific line 24 of Matthew chapter 19. It's "out of context" because it's not stating the complete thought of Christ. You would have to quote Matthew 19:16-24 to truly understand why this statement from Jesus was said. I hope that helps. Pastor Dollar was a poor man who became a Minster of the Word of God who deserves the riches that he has, and Pastor Dollar does not put his trust in money. Proverbs 11:28

@@BigLove101 that’s not how context works. Context works on contingency. You people just react on emotion and bring something up that was never there. For all you know the op could be using the verse to support it, but you didn’t just assumed opposition. That’s your issue you need to handle. Now you keep going on about it would further prove your issue

Proverbs 10:19 says, "When words are many, sin is not absent, but he who holds his tongue is wise." Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen" (Ephesians 4:29). Since words carry power, make a decision to use your words as building blocks not battering rams.

Sweet talking man. When he speaks about the word of God, the listeners are connected not to God but to him. Those who listen to him will follow him to put him to a pedestal of popularity and even elevate him to a, status of a god. He teaches the little gods doctrine. So he is now a little God, first and foremost.

Thirdly, I also agree with you about your statement about religion. Religion is EXTREMELY prejudice, and people that are religious put homosexuality on this gigantic pedestal, and don't even consider everything else that's going on. About what I gave you in Genesis 3 (I think I gave you chapter 1 by mistake, Adam and Eve eating that fruit, wasn't as important to God, as their Disobedience to him. The tree in which they ate from, God specifically instructed them not to.

it all depends on the heart of the person. And you can't judge a man's heart by how much money he has. But you can judge it by what he does with that money. Or do people judge him and other preachers based on popular opinions and rumors which have no root in reality?

Every stream in Christendom has its extremes, whether it's prosperity, or the second coming of the Lord. The most important things we as Christians can do is know God for our selves, love others and share the Good news. Oh, and let us as Christians honor one another.

Assay: 2: examination & determination as to characteristics (as weight, measure, or quality) 3: analysis (as of an ore or drug) to determine the presence, absence, or quantity of one or more components ; also : a test used in this analysis. Let us consider this method of assaying above the worldly method of judging one another. Creflo is one voice in the Body of Christ. We all have a voice. "Prosperity is wholeness in every area." -Creflo. I can live with that, for my loved ones sake.

@CRoadwarrior14 жыл бұрын
Creflo has studied his answers but he still has not realized that 3 John 2 was John's personal desire, not a mandate for his "prosperity" doctrine. Paul made a similar desire statement in Romans 9:3,4, where he said "For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren..." Yet we don't see Mr. Dollar arguing we all should wish ourselves accursed from Christ. An expressed wish from a human in Scripture is not a command from God.

I love Creflo, though I think the whole prosperity gospel is often flawed in its teachings and application. That said, there are legitimate disagreements that various Christians groups have on a littany of issues that should not cause us to divide. Do I agree with 100% of what Catholics, Lutherans, Methodists or Baptists teach? No. Are they still my brothers in Christ? Yes, as is Creflo. I will continue to pray for (not lambast) Creflo that God will guide him. Somehow, we forget that's our job.

in the old testament, yes, but in the new testament it was literal when Jesus taught forgiveness for your enemies and turn the other cheek... then God did it by example since sin is His enemy He poured sin on Jesus while he was on the cross and then destroyed him, but then forgave him on the third day so he could rise up and be able to be in heaven... that's the example we should be taking cuz Jesus said he was the new covenant, second Adam, basically the rules changed with Jesus

Please calm down. The Bible says:"Thou shalt not judge others, for the same measure you use to judge others will be used to judge you." Who are we to judge others when we are all imperfect? Prosperity is a good thing and God approves of it. It is like having good health, wisdom, knowledge, knowing what to say and how to say it. As long as you hate prosperous people and prosperity, you will not prosper. Think positively and have peace.
