Crema spalmabile al caffè con soli 3 ingredienti.Con questa dose uscirà un vasetto da 250 g.
Ingredienti.
500 ml di panna fresca non zuccherata
125 g zucchero
120 ml caffè della moka freddo
Procedimento:
Versare tutti gli ingredienti in una pentola con doppio fondo e cuocere a fiamma bassa per 25/30 minuti(mescolando di continuo).Nel frattempo sterilizzare il vasetto di vetro per 30 minuti in acqua bollente e negli ultimi dieci minuti aggiungerci anche il coperchio.Passato questo tempo la crema sembrerà ancora liquida, perciò versarne un po’ in acqua fredda e se non si scioglierà, la crema sarà pronta.Versarla nel vasetto, sigillarlo e lasciarlo raffreddare.

Method:
