1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup magic whizk (non dairy whipping cream) you can also use heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup ice cold water (skip if using whipping cream)
2-3 tablespoon sugar
little bit of water for spraying
