Honey, I'm on hospice/end of life care due to several debilitating chronic illnesses and I wanna thank you for brightening my painful days a bit xo Can you try to post more recipes? Especially if you do a soup! I have a paralyzed tummy and twisted intestines, so I can't eat very much but when I do it has to be liquified, pureed, softened, etc. Unfortunately, everything makes me sick (no matter what it is) but I still try my best to enjoy a little... even a bit of vino/champagne too, lol! Great video as always! Pro Tip: fold your butter wrappers and save them in the freezer. Great to grease your pans with! Also: I’ll bet the nuttiness of Swiss / Emmentaler would pair well with the sweetness. Regardless, you’re out there doing it and I am not!
