Its actually a very easy food to make. Done even need a torch to make the caramel. Get a pan, put a table spoon of sugar in, water to half dissolve the suger and a little honey. But on medium high heat until it turns a amber color and pour on the crem before putting it in the fridge.

Quick Tip: keep the torch at least six inches away from the creme cause that’s why there is little burnt spots on top. I hope this helps. 😄

The second one didnt actually become more soft/runny from the heat of the sugar but it may just would have needed to stay a little longer in the water bath. Or you could also mix the ingridients with the cream on the stove, insted of putting the cream on later. Or put in gelatin ❤️Even tough it looked good to me❤️👍🏻
