Thanks. I appreciate the compliment, especially today. I received a negative comment on my style, and it makes me think, "Sorry my FREE content isn't good enough for you. Maybe you're better off paying a few thousand dollars for training instead."

Thank you , It helps me a lot. Before that I'd recreated my part family table in assembly level family table and was very time consuming!!

It was very good if you would have any video on creating multi-level family table and its applications. Thanks.

Dave in your example you had a "generic family table assembly" in the upper assembly, I thought you said NOT TO USE generic family parts/assemblies, but only use the created "instance"!
@CADPLMGuy Жыл бұрын
I do say this. This isn’t my assembly.

HI Dave, can we add MASS in family table ,for various instances . if Yes, How?

Do you have a video showing an Assembly with Alternate part positioning? Think you mentioned this in your video. Example: Common Decals for a Large and Small machine, same decals but different location per machine. I currently use Coordinate System dimensions in the family table. I am wondering if there is a faster way.

can you do a family table of a skeleton that is replaced by the assembly family table?

Hi Dave, In the end, if want to save a certain instant as an independent assembly, how can I do that? Thanks

Thanks for this. But say your 4934062_generic.asm already had a drawing assigned within pdm, is there a way to have the new generic instances have their own drawings copied when family tabling them?
