Hi Shuttletrain, I don’t have info on the victim’s swimming abilities, however the preliminary investigation by authorities showed he was swimming with friends from the shore to a rock wall, but he wasn’t able to make it to the wall and went underwater. There was a RipTide Warning out within the past 2 days.. Those things can take down the best swimmers. I live here in Zion, but I wasn't aware the situation had taken place. So sorry. Let's pray for those involved 🙏 😔.
