Cribbage Board... With a TWIST

In this woodworking project, follow along as I build my own variation of a custom cribbage board! Found this beautiful piece of Oak wood in my shop leftover from another build I did a while back. Can anyone tell me what kind of Oak wood this is? It's not red or white!
