I have watched so many tutorials on vinyl for tshirts and was SOOOOO confused. I wasted so much material. NO ONE said use the MIRROR, NO ONE explained about the transfer. They went through this 1/2 hour long speech and didn't really explain the actual process. THANK YOU SOOOO much. You did make it so easy! I am no longer confused. I really appreciate your simplicity :)

This is very new and different for what I have been doing my whole life, because I wanted a change and to explore my creative side. I wasn't quite getting the just of things until YOUR video. Now, the the light bulb in my brain finally switched on and I am really comprehending how all this works. I can't thank you enough!!! I have already subscribed to this channel and will be following you on all the other platforms. Seriously thank you so much!!

I love Mr. Crafty Pants! Thank you so much for your simple, clear, talented videos. The mistake many vloggers make is being too verbose, getting off on tangents that nobody cares about, and isn't here for - and just being generally annoying. Like, get to the point - right? You do these Vlogs BEAUTIFULLY! Thank you - superstar!

@definitelynotelsie25705 ай бұрын
I googled it and it said just to wait 24 hrs b4 washing vinyl iron ons
@terrim.6024 ай бұрын
Same here. I don't understand why it can't be washed. I've seen some videos saying the heat press is inferior to the big ones and the vinyl doesn't adhere as well. They said if you are trying to make a business, to definately buy a big heat press for shirts, or any clothing. I feel like cricut is false advertising for their flat irons for htv abilities. 🙄😕
@marc-andreservant2014 ай бұрын
It can be washed about 30 times. Obviously this is under ideal conditions (Everyday iron-on on 100% cotton / non-strech polyester, stretchable HTV on stretchable fabrics). A trick I found is that it lasts longer when the shirt is washed inside out. Also never tumble dry on the hot setting or it will smear (especially the stretchy vinyl which melts at a lower temperature than the non-stretchy HTV), just use common sense and a clothes hanger.

So, I bought a Cricut Maker and felt excited and... extremely intimidated/overwhelmed for the first while. Not 100% sure why, but I would get annoyed by watching most other how-to videos. I believe it was your kind, patient and authentic disposition that held my attention. My friend tells me it was your handsome face, and so it must be true! Either way, thank you for offering your knowledge base. It’s very much appreciated. Excited to keep learning. 😁

your tip about using tape is BRILLIANT!!!! i always have at least 1 tiny weeded piece that ends up back onto my transfer sheet because they're just free floating around, but i never see it until after ive ironed it and there's a random speck in the middle of my shirt!!! ugh!!! the tape is going to save my projects. also, other KZbinrs regularly suggest that you leave your design on the mat when weeding so it doesnt move. 0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! the mats are not sticky enough for this, but they are sticky enough to be covered in lint, dog hair, etc. because you leaned on it while weeding. the tape method is the way to go. thank you so much for the helpful video!!!
