Holding Parents accountable is not the answer - most are hardworking individuals that have no idea what their kids are doing behind their backs. In my opinion, this growing problem is very simple to solutionize. For starters, let's get rid of The ACS System and give parents back their rights to discipline their own children. I'm from Brooklyn but after the military I realized the importance of being able to have a fire arm to defend yourself respectfully... but the gun laws in NYC wont allow you to conceal carry 'unless your basically law enforcement. But If they would allow a pathway for good law-abiding citizens to legally protect themselves like in the south, then this would not happen because the thought of that I might have the heat is an instant deterant... #concealedcarryNYC

Just imagine if they were 50% of society instead of 15%. It would be over in just a few weeks all the shops and stores closed.
