I think Nigerian constitution need to be revisit. I also think the dictatorship system of law enforcement and policing systems and Nigerian security needs reform. The hole system need reform and transparency... first Nigerian have to build a nation of law and other threw the renewable system of Nigerian constitution and hand the highest authority to departments of justice under the constitution by the people, for the people, and yo the people.. allow the prosecutor to do the job,and the judge to do the job. Police officers can't be the jury and the prosecutor, judge at the same time. You have allow the citizens to k ow there legal rights.
