In the final appeal where the foster parents abducted the foster children there seems to have been a happy ending. They'd been fostering the kids for 6 months and the adoption was due to go through but a social worker stopped it. After 17 weeks on the run they gave themselves up and the case got to be decided by a judge instead of a social worker. The birth mother of the children actually advocated for the couple to be allowed to adopt the girls and the judge ruled in their favour and the couple formally adopted them but the birth family were allowed to see them. Sound like a good resolution, I hope everything worked out for them.

I live in brighton that first case is rather strange as that is a fairly quiet residential area that you wouldn't really be around unless you new someone, its pretty tucked away far from the city centre.

He was arrested at heathrow trying to escape to spain, the sicko was given 4 life sentences as he was already a registered sex offender. The scumbag was recently caught with children abuse on his TABLET would you believe, howe the hell was he aloud one.

The man who was convicted was released. So the murder remains unsolved. Although Barry George was deemed not innocent enough to claim compensation, work that one out

Barry George was convicted but later acquitted for the murder of Jill Dando. I believe that this case will be (sadly) unsolved until new evidence comes to light somehow.

I think it might not even have been so much about the money, rather that he actually enjoyed seeing fear in his victims & the power he had over them. Probably some dominant older woman somewhere in his life that made him feel very small.

Those elderly woman should never just open door to unknown person so dangerous. Ask who are you and ask for ID. If its not an official with ID do not open even then id advise not to TBH. That attacker must been on something nobody does that to elderly such violence I hope they caught him.
