Dr. Christian T. Pascual will give you 5 tips on how you can prepare for the board examination.
Dr. Pascual is currently affiliated with the University of the Cordilleras as the program chair for forensic science at the College of Criminal Justice Education. He ranked first nationwide in the August 2010 criminology board examination. Since then, he has lectured in 32 different universities and review centers nationwide.
From 2017 to 2019, he studied Master of Science in Forensic Science in the United States under the Fulbright scholarship program.

The anxiety part is the most unexpected yet really hyper realistic point here. This is what I'm suffering the most right now preparing for my exam and really, as in it makes you procrastinate and restless and it's not a good feeling at all. Battling with yourself isn't easy at all and makes you do other things like distractions to calm yourself- which delays and hinders studying well. The tips mentioned to manage it may or may not work for me and for others but really finding a way to manage the anxiety is really a big key to study well for the exam. I hope people whose experience is like mine, could be able to cope up with it as managing anxiety= studying well= high passing rate.

The second tip actually helped me a lot, there were time that I feel exhausted during the review, para marelieved I am setting my mind to focus on my goal to be a topnotcher. I used to write 'Congratulations Ayo Wayne Lugtu' Top 3. Tapos ayun, naging 3rd placer nga ako. 🤧 I don't know pero wala sa loob ko to be the number 1 nor 2nd placer. I claimed it na talaga na dapat maging 3rd placer ako. 😅😂 #October2015 #CLE #RCrim

Isa din talaga yung anxiety kaya na cancel ko yung sched ko pra kumuha ng exam. After 3 months pa bago bumalik gana ko mag review. Sa ngayon sa awa ng Diyos handa na ako this coming January for Architects exam. Advice ko lang habang nag rereview kyo. Sleep 8 hrs, eat properly, exercise, pray to God ask for guidance and wisdom ( James 1:5 ).
