Very informative and easy to understand. She doesn’t have an annoying voice and broke down points with scenarios that I could picture in my head. I feel like I have a better understanding of inchoate crimes now because of this video and the parties that could be involved. Most people just rate the bad videos but I wish we all would support the good ones more. Thank you, thank you:)

#Question why did we leave the common law for statutes, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances and executive orders 🤔🤔🤔🤔

We didn't, that's why you have to establish you're "assuming" this is a common law court. They get you in their courts under an assumption and presumption that you are a gov't employee & holds a maritime or military tribunal & NOT common law. It's quite a learning experience!

DO A VIDEO ABOUT HOW WE CAN GO AFTER A POLICE OFFICER'S / GOV OFFICIALS BONDS. IF THEY BREACH THEIR OWN OATHS THEY WERE ACTUALLY AWARE OF OPPOSED TO US BEING CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED FOR BREACHING CONTRACTS WE NEVER SIGNED OR HAD ANY KNOWLEDGE OF!!! NONE OF YOU GREAT KNOWLEDGEABLE LAWYERS EVER WANT TO TALK ABOUT. but that because we can go after attorney bonds as well.

What if Sally doesn't say shit. and doesn't recall of hearing anything about it? I bet they will still arrest her. Sally should use there own rule back on them. Which is would this crime still have happened if they never mentioned it to Sally? Hmmm. I think so buddy. Sally doesn't have to say shit she can remain silent. Sally didn't sign a contract BREACHING these facts 🤣 what if Sally's friends tell her they just robbed someone and Sally gets so upset it causes her to commit a crime can we then charge her friends for her now crime? 😂😂😂😭

How about you use a real scenario. Like when a prosecutor is also the plaintiffs attorney . the state of or people of state are the corporations taking you to court accusing you of a crime. 🤣 So. We got the state of _____. Vs Defendant State/County Prosecutor is prosecutor arresting officer is witness State of what ever state is accused you is the lab that tests your blood for evidence. the blood is given back to ARRESTING OFFICER after blood draw, that brought the original complaint to prosecutor is the person that will send it off to the lab . 🤣🤣🤣 The court appointed attorney work for the state bar of whatever state is against you. 🤣🤣 They push for you to plea bargain and don't argue your case and don't care and won't be punished. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THIS Scenario shows the defendant has at least a 5% chance of defeating a crime punished under MCP CODES STATUES fraud GoV made up Laws that they ACTUALLY pulled out there ass and said it was a crime punishable!! and that those rules only apply to the gov that made them.... I'LL WAIT!! 🤣🤣🤣

You go in there & say, "the prosecuting attorney, the judge, the clerk & the officer, ALL work for the state; htf is that fair & not a conflict of interest? I motion this case be transferred to federal court or dismissed cuz this is the wrong venue."
