At most, he gets a reprimand, fine or brief suspension. As for Alex Jones, his problems have only just began because he has two similar pending cases, one of which jury selection is underway if I'm not mistaken, the Jan 6th Committee has subpoenaed these texts which apparently are quite incriminating. Banned .video is owned and operated by Info Wars.Alex was questioning what we were being told and hate him or love him Alex Jones has been right even if it take the rest of the world to figure out that Alex was right. The only clip I've seen was when the prosecution's(edit: plaintiff's, missed the fact it was civil) lawyer told Jones that he had those texts for 2 years that his lawyer apparently hadn't told him. The judge just looked and sounded so tired and done in that one.

Not quite correct. The plantiff’s counsel (not prosecution since this is civil suit, not criminal) said to Alex Jones that 12 days ago, he received the past two years of information from Alex Jones’ phone. When he informed Alex’s attorney, Alex’s attorney didn’t make any claims of privilege (within the ten day window), so 2 days ago, the plaintiff’s lawyer received the entire digital file “free and clear.” I can only imagine the screaming Alex did to his lawyer in private afterward. 🤭🤭🤭

I totally agree with your take on the plaintiff lawyer cross examination. I'm not a lawyer, but I know enough that they didn't go about things in the right way and took the wind out of the sails. It seemed to me that they weren't prepared for the depths of depravity Jones would sink. My question(s) is: How would you have approached it? What kind of preparations are made before your time to speak? p.s. Live trials and commentary are fascinating to watch. One of many reasons is it brings to light so many questions laypersons like myself have. Seems to me that it is mostly live theatre where any number of things can go wrong. Too often it's like watching an Oscar's-type production where you secretly hope someone falls down the stairs. I don't mean that in a malicious way, but I hope you understand where I'm coming from.
