The mother is *so delusional* she really never thought her daughter was going to jail for murdering her baby. She didn't ask for a lawyer in the hospital and didn't even get her one after. They both really just thought killing a baby was no big deal apparently. Incredible.

Pro choice. Killing baby's is no big deal, happens day in day out. I am not suprised women are so desensitised. If i shoot a pregnant woman i am going to jail for double murder but a woman having abortion is not murder... make it make sense

My daughter at 14 or 15 was told that she couldn't go to a party because she was on restriction for the weekend. Her solution was to pack a small bag with her ",party clothes" , jump out of a third floor window onto hard, frozen ground and to run away for weeks. Unbelievable!

I'm raising 4 teenage girls, please pray for me😅 2 are stepdaughters that have lived with us fulltime for 11 yrs. That statement about teenagers being more dangerous could not be any truer. My stepdaughter will be 18 in 2 wks & we're counting down the days. She has run away more times than we can count & made our home unbearable for EVERYBODY. She ran away a few mths ago, the cops say they can't make her come home, but DSS showed up last wk saying we're medically neglecting her bc it's still our responsibility to provide her diabetic supplies. Seems to me she should be making amends with her dad & coming home but instead she called DSS on us🤯 There's so many stories I could tell that would blow your mind. Her sister & all 4 of my kids function just fine, they're respectful, make good grades, do what's expected of them & they relay that to DSS everytime but that doesn't detour them from opening another investigation everytime she does this. They've been to our house 8 times in past year, open investigation, talk to all the kids, us, check our home & close it. This girl is in for a rude awakening.

Not sure is the mom, or she’s just using the “I’m scared” card. I’m pretty sure she could of told her mom & together would of found another solution, maybe family will adopt or they would help them n both parents can parent together. I feel like she n he are selfish n thought the baby is an inconvenience, so, immature thinking, yes, out of sight out of mind. The least she could of done after delivering him is get help for baby not dispose of him. She wanted to get off scott free… They both “parents” should be charged.

@@sideways5153 that's what I saw too. It's like she's a robot following what she's being told. Honestly she seems like she's just going through the motions and her mother is making her every decision for her, instead of approaching with control of everything. I understand you want to protect your child but you need to start asking them what they want & explaining to them that after 18yrs old they have to learn to live without you sheltering them all the time. What I'm seeing is a 19yr old who is like a 15yr Olds mind still depending on her mother's permission to sit & speak when told to! I hate this happened, a little helpless baby has lost his life because of his mother's immaturity but I also think that the father of the baby should also be accountable for what happened too, her mother could also try to get some counselling too... she's just too full on protection mode yet, she hasn't even asked about her grandson!

I always told my sons that there would always be a place for one of their girlfriends and if an unplanned baby would be on its way, we would get things figured out. I made sure my sons had all the information on the female hormone cycle etc. And living in remote countryside together with lots of animals, they all witnessed closely births and deaths of animals. All my sons were way in their 20's when becoming dads for the first time, but I would have been okay with earlier incoming grandchildren of course. ❤

As someone else here has suggested, I think the reason this happened is that she was afraid of her mother. She went 9 months without telling her mother she was pregnant, and she was afraid that her mother would find out that she had given birth. I know what it feels like to be that afraid of your own mother. You can say it’s irrational, but it is what it is. I was still too afraid to be in the same room with my mother when I was 40 and she was 75. Irrational but true.

Alexee is a very fortunate person. Her mother is protecting her and the hospital is making sure she gets the best of care. I say this because she didn't protect her baby or give him a chance for medical care. She held her little baby boy in her arms and had to make a choice between saving his life or saving her reputation. She decided she was more important and her baby was trash. So she wrapped him in a garbage bag and threw him away. Look at her face as she was walking out of the bathroom. She did not shed 1 tear for that baby she just left behind in the trash can. Her fake crying started when she got caught. She needs to pay the consequences for what she did to that helpless Baby Boy.

It’s more complicated than that. Parents need to face the facts that their kid/s are sexually active and get them on birth control pronto. Tell your sons they must use condoms, correctly, every time! This is where being anti choice backfires. If your kids hear you saying anything about being against abortion, for any reason, they will not come to you with their real problems. If you don’t start talking to your kids about sexuality way earlier than puberty, you’re treating a double standard that can smack you in the face as a wake up call. I’ll bet, that this mom did know that the her daughter was pregnant. Then, there’s the boyfriend, he has nothing to say and not one person is holding him responsible. Read, Reviving Ophelia!

Her family deserves every second of embarrassment- this is what happens when you never hold your child accountable and raise them to fear you and place your emotions above their own. She didn't say: "You understand what you did was horribly wrong", she said: "Do you remember that girls that do this go to jail." I don't know, that just really rubbed me the wrong way.

I raised my children practically alone. When my teen age daughter told me she was expecting I swallowed my disappointment and embraced her pregnancy. When she had the baby I was ecstatic and was the first to hold her. I took time off from work to make sure both were cared for. That baby was my grandchild regardless who was the father or under what circumstances was conceived. Today she is a beautiful young girl that Im very proud of. The mom is more concern about what people thinks than the child that was killed. Pride comes before the fall. Im appaled at how she carried out the whole situation and came back to the room like it was a bowel movement. Childbirth is painful and exhausting. Sad.

As a seasoned nurse , I’ll give what’s probably an unpopular opinion . First, pregnant teens in denial have more disconnected thoughts than anyone you’ll ever meet ! Second, the hospital certainly has liability- I’m not sure at what point the hospital notified her that she was pregnant, but any ER I’ve worked in has several golden rules !! One is that a pregnant female with belly pain could be in labor (delivering a live baby, stillborn, miscarriage, etc) …and the sudden urge to 💩 is a classic sign ! Not everyone delivers at 9 months !! Why they let her walk down the hallway into a bathroom alone is mind boggling for me as a seasoned ER RN 😳 ! I have witnessed pregnant teens do many unthinkable things when the pregnancy comes to term …you DO NOT leave them alone ! That said …it’s a sad situation all the way around . Some day this will haunt that girl …and not just for the legal reasons. Her mother needs to stop interfering, that’s why the daughter is the way she is …she never let her grow into a decision making young adult ! Edit : I’m NOT saying she & her mom are not to blame, far from that ! She made a choice in that bathroom & mom was floating on some River of Denial ! But from experience …teenagers who are pregnant will do ALL kinds of crazy things when the pregnancy is ending and they will be “found out”. I’ve seen babies/fetuses of all gestational ages delivered and placed in plastic bags, large coffee cans, anything they can find ! Their denial makes their labors unusual- I had one deliver in her pants on the school bus on the ride to school and NOT 1 person knew until they all got up and saw blood . To the point of her not being in the bathroom alone - she was acting suspicious & the ER knew she was pregnant from the urine preg test that takes 1-2 min to run. The blood test was to get a quantitative # (that is used later to determine if it’s an early pregnancy & a possible miscarriage is happening , because the # will be checked days after the ER visit to see if it rises/falls . This is when it’s EARLY and too soon for an ultrasound) ! A young girl with a + preg test who’s in denial needs to be watched ! They may do a lot of crazy things when it comes time to deliver …when it’s in a ER’s restroom while she’s a patient , it’s their responsibility ! Another example …when cops/jails faced too much litigation for drunks who died in their custody because they could vomit/aspirate OR roll over & compress their own airway and stop breathing ….they all started getting dumped into ER’s for us to “observe” until they were sober ! Many of them lied said they only had “1 drink “ . It was our responsibility as nurses to keep them safe while in the ER , no matter how busy or short staffed ! If they fell because we let them go to the bathroom alone, it would be our fault ! Negligence is a very broad term that defines what nurses/hospital staff SHOULD do, regardless of policy, staffing, etc !! Point is …#1 pregnant teens in denial are completely unpredictable! So never say never to how they may deliver or what they may do ! #2 - the hospital has a liability to keep their patients safe AND it’s up to the ER staff to be sure they don’t do things that knowingly jeopardize patient safety , no matter how short staffed or busy they are ! #3- she is at fault for what she did, but there is also responsibility for the facility for how it was handled ! If she hemorrhaged/died while in that bathroom too …the family would be suing ! #4- Working in an ER isn’t like any other place! While patients come in non-stop because there’s no appointments , patients like her have to be “watched” and kept safe while you still care for those who come in with heart attacks, overdoses, cardiac arrest, strokes, etc …IYKYK !

Whatever you said ofcourse absolutely true. In this case, when the girl arrived at the hospital or ER, when she was asked about pregnancy she mentioned that she never had sex and isnt pregnant. From what I understand looking at the interrogation videos and body cam footage for this case, they were waiting on blood results and during that interval this person went to restroom, and she said she was on a period. If not for the lady who checked the trash , it would have been something else. Also she/Alexee mentioned to the hospital that she was on weightloss pills possibly Phentermine as she claimed to the entire school that she was getting fat and whenever someone remotely suggested anything , her mom and Alexee accused them of body shaming, this came from some of the students who were cheerleading with her, most of this was either posted by them in reddit or tik tok, and they were verified as well.also there are videos of her cheerleading few days before she went into labor. And there is this whole thing about what she did to the placenta and umblical cord, remember she walked out of the bathroom as if nothing happened after giving birth and trashing the new born, and she claimed it was her periods. And the most insane part is how did her mother not suspect a thing for 9 months .. thats even more ridiculous. All in all they are all delusional.

@@sravd6079 I know they did a urine preg that was positive. A blood test is a quantitative #, used to track a “threatened miscarriage “ which is bleeding during early pregnancy. A # will be established on day 1 (in ER) then checked again to see if it rises or falls in the days after …helpful to know if the pregnancy is continuing or not when it could be too early to see anything on Ultrasound. But I agree …they are all delusional !! I’ve seen teenage girls deliver in cars, on buses, in bathrooms, etc without making a peep …as opposed to those of us who have had children & it’s very hard to be quiet during a natural delivery ! 🤦‍♀️

@jenniferramos5333 11 ай бұрын
@@BabyGirlTiny not 100% sure if she said “poop” …but anyone with a sudden urge to use the bathroom with a + preg test is a liability to allow them to go in alone ! You can’t force them onto their back for a vaginal exam …but someone accompanying her into the restroom for “her safety” would be imperative! I’m sure she would have protested that as well …but it would have been necessary for her safety (and obviously the baby’s life)! Some things have to happen in the ER due to safety, litigation, etc. If she really protested …I would have sent mom in with an employee outside the door. They knew she was pregnant, the urine test was positive. I’m just pointing out that it can be a liability of the hospital in her trial … because as ER nurses we have to “know better”. Trust how many times we’ve heard “…but I’m not even having sex “! I had a patient once who hid the weight well and wore a bikini all summer long…and then delivered a healthy full term baby while her parents were still registering her ! Turns out it wasn’t appendicitis, we didn’t even have time for a pregnancy test ! I just know we are held to a different standard, and I know it’s not a popular opinion ! 🤷‍♀️

She was obviously pregnant. Her mother should have taken her to a Dr long ago. She even said “we talked about this.”

Agree. I picked up on that, also. It doesn't excuse what the daughter did, but bad vibes coming from the mother.

This is so sad. She could have asked a nurse for help, told them to take her baby to a safe place ..... it's mind blowing

That's what shame does. People kill themselves out of shame every day. Like, seriously, you can shame someone for something they have no control over until they will kill themselves to hide it. Yet still American Christians think it's the way to go 😂

The mom is insanely codependent. Notice how when they questioned her at the hospital that mom interrupts and answered the questions? And when they come to arrest her adult child she insists they have to go through her first. How in the hell did the mother not speak to a lawyer on the months the proceeded this arrest? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Parents should never stick up for their kids when they're in legal trouble. Throw them to the wolves. Stop loving them

@@brainstewX You don't have to stop loving them. You need to make sure they understand the consequences though. Maybe switch from sticking up for them to helping them get a lawyer. Keep in mind not ALL legal trouble kids might get into are going to be as serious as this.

SHE'S A F*CKING HIGH SCHOOLER. It's natural for most parents to take control of situations, even when their child is legally an adult.

It also works in reverse. There are some people who are offered _more_ patience due to their status. Either way it doesn't matter here. This young woman was allowed to go home after she murdered her child. That's very patient. Mom has her daughter and the baby's father shacked up there at her house so I'm amazed to see how mom was so damned _shocked_ to know her daughter delivered a baby. It would be funny if there wasn't a dead child that likely suffocated in a fucking garbage bag. 🙄😒

Artesia police are really nice if you are from Artesia. But if you aren’t, they are dickish. Or normal, I guess. (joke, I don’t hate police but they just aren’t as nice. I live in one town over, and I would never speed there and try to be perfect because they will getcha.)

I love that tie! When I used to sell clothes I’d always show pink ties bc when you rock one confident like this it stands out and you look even more confident cuz you’re confident in colors other men are afraid to wear.

If you are a young person with an unwanted pregnancy, please don't do this! If you dont want to, or can't get an abortion: Go to the hospital, give birth, and immediately surrender the baby for adoption. You don't have to tell your parents, and in most states it's illegal for anyone at the hospital to tell your parents even if you aren't 18 yet. Hospitals usually offer services to these mothers for free under their charity programs.

I really love how you ALWAYS mention your very talented son, Michael…. So many of these stories have parents that barely acknowledge, let alone be their child’s (adult child) sincere cheerleader are so complimentary. Nice. Michael, we couldn’t hear these interesting stories without you. So, thank you for helping your Dad!

Um no. Most of these cases arent negligent parents: they're overbearing domineering parents. Absentee parents don't create these kinds of criminals. Overbearing do.
