Soo perfect but i don't always get it to come out in good shape like this with the cutter, any hint on how to use it well because it is doesn't come out in full round shape
@Cooking_fever4 ай бұрын
To achieve a rounder shape when cutting plantains, try rotating the plantain slightly after each cut with the cutter. This can help maintain a more uniform shape as you slice through the fruit. Additionally, you can use a sharp knife or cutter for smoother, cleaner cuts.
@Cooking_fever4 ай бұрын
Another helpful hint is to choose ripe plantains for easier cutting. Ripe plantains tend to be softer, making them easier to manipulate into a rounder shape with the cutter. Additionally, you can slightly press down on the plantain before cutting to flatten it slightly, which can make it easier to achieve a rounder shape.

With this sauce after frying how many days will it last
@Cooking_fever6 ай бұрын
The spices helps it last longer, with it you can also put in an airtight bag and store in a cool dry place and it will last for weeks still remaining cripsy and very tasty

I think adding the spice/salt after frying is unhealthy. I like how thin the chips look.

Please whenever I do my ripe plantain chips after some days It get rotten, is there any preservatives are we add to it
@Cooking_fever Жыл бұрын
@@adebowaleadepeju8797 To preserve try placing in an airtight container (help retain cripsiness) or putting in a paper bag and refrigerating Also those spices used at the end of the video like garlic, salt etc help keep them longer
