Nepotism isn't always bad. Don Nelson brought in his son, Donnie Nelson in Dallas, and that turned out great. Kirk Lacob, Joe Lacob's son, is in the Warriors front office right now, and that's going well. It didn't work out with the player/coach combo at the Clippers. The player/coach dynamic is probably a bad one because playing minutes will always be in question.

I want to agree with Nick but Kawhi's friend, Jeremy Castleberry looked like a joke in college with San Diego state. He stood 5'10 and weighted 205lbs. He didn't play his first two years. His third and final year he average 0.1 points with 2.8 minutes per game. When he was in the game he didn't even move like an athlete. Maybe he might have good coaching skills or a high IQ and that's a big maybe cause even spurs didn't hire him. Spurs could have hired him to keep Kawhi but they didn't.
