I put logic in quotes because it's all fictional anyway, so if it's his interpretation, then whatever. But I also agree that Spidey is not dodging the lightning itself. He's aim-timing Electro's arm and position using his senses and moving out of the position Electro is firing at before he even starts to fire. Different concept than moving while the bolt is in mid-flight. On another-another note: although I can't definitively prove it, I feel like Scott's optic blasts would be "heavier" and slower than light speed.

I don't know, it was kind weird to do a whole section about how Wolverine scaling to the Pheonix's reality transcending power or Cassandra's Multiverse bomb being very dubious due to him being consistently harmed and knocked out by far weaker attacks. Then make the whole crux of Tobey winning be a massive scaling chain from Tom Spidey holding back a few hits from Cull Obsidian that get him to Country-Planet levels of power. When Tom Spidey has also been consistently damaged and hurt by far weaker foes and has little to no other feats that gets him that high. Let alone Tobey Spidey himself who entirely relies on scaling Tom Spidey to get him to those extreme levels of power. Your argument at the end of how ridiculous Multiversal Wolverine and Deadpool would also mean Ajax, DP Juggernaut, and Colossus would also be put at such levels when that could be spun around about how Tom Spidey scaling suddenly makes their rogues (like TASM Lizard, Raimi Venom, New Goblin/TASM Goblin, and MCU Vulture) suddenly also be able to make Country levels of power despite what they have shown in the films themselves. Overall, I think the more conservative City Level Movie Spider-Men is a more reliable place to put them. FTL Electro I also find contentious given its seemingly just comes from one offhand quote from the director when Electro is based on and uses pure electricity in combat which by itself doesn't get towards Lightspeed but if I am remembering, there at least other scaling that could get the Spideys to FTL.

Tom was only ever harmed by weaker means when he himself either hadn't unlocked his full power or when his abilities were on the fritz. That's the difference; plus Logan was amped against the Phoenix and he would have died at the end of DP3 if he was alone. Not a massive chain at all, less than a handful of characters that all definitively scale to one another on screen. Tom scales to Cull in IW and Endgame, two movies worth of showings. Tobey definitively scales to Tom, I don't see how that being the crux of the argument at all defeats the point that it's the case. TASM Lizard grows stronger every day, with the NWH final battle being 12 hours from his initial arrival at an unspecified point in the TASM-verse, Raimi Harry for sure upscales above Norman and therefore Tom, Raimi Venom upscales, TASM Goblin was deftly beaten by a heavily fatigued post-Electro-battle Andrew so he doesn't scale to Cull at all, and MCU Vulture lost to an injured Tom Holland who was also holding back on his love interest's human father. Sometimes scaling can be a bit wonky. Like Tom’s spidey overpowering cull & then the whole scaling cull to hulkbuster & then to AOU Hulk & Thor is kinda iffy considering the Hulkbuster 2.0 that cull fought was already damaged by outriders, couldn’t replace its parts like the mark 1 & cull was only really tearing it apart with his weapons (hammer & arm replacement). This upscale of Tom & therefore Tobey’s villains in physical stats would fly in the face of say for example aunt may cracking Doc octopus in the face with her umbrella & harming him.

Nope! Cull dented the Mk2's helmet and wrist with physical strikes, not his weapons. Plus Cull was already taking attacks from the Mk. 50, which is more powerful than the Mk1 Hulkbuster regardless. Not to mention, Cull is clearly stronger than the same Outriders who swarmed the Mk2, so I don't know what that point of yours means ultimately. May caught Ock offguard, plain and simple; Ock withstood the electricity powering a small fusion reactor in the same movie.

He once webbed Logan's hands to his head in such a position that Logan couldn't pop his claws to cut his way out (the knuckles were glued to Logan's skull), then webbed up Logan so that he was suspended mid-air in an alleyway and couldn't get help to escape. The only thing Logan could do was swear. You can literally just Google search "Spiderman webs up Wolverine", go to 'Images' and it'll be one of the first pictures displayed. Barring massive PIS/CIS, Logan doesn't have the speed or strength to stop Peter from just webbing him into a helpless position where he can't manuver his claws to cut himself free. Even Doc Ock has done it while he was hijacking Peter's body during Superior Spider-Man (its also one of the first images you'll see when you Google search).

Adamantium doesn't work like that, if we're being realistic then yes, it should be diluting or breaking down in order to get into his blood stream and poison him but it's adamantium we're talking about. Saying that, Deadpool didn't break Logan's skeleton, he was disarticulating it, if you have some anatomy knowledge, you can see the rib was only separated from the skeleton, not broken off.

Deadpool didn't break the rib, he literally just separated it by where it articulates with the spine and the costal cartilage. If you don't believe me go watch a few anatomy images of the ribs to see how they work and go back and see that scene. Also no villain was ever able to do that because... Well... Reasons, but Wolverine has been dismembered quite a few times in the last 3 years in the comics since his joints are still only held together by ligamentos not made out of adamantium. You can even see this when Deadpool uses a leg to decapitate a TVA soldier, if you watch very closely, he stretches the ligaments of the knee, wraps the guy's neck with it and pull's very hard, even breaking the ligaments, you could argue this was only possible because Logan's ligaments were already almost completely decompossed and they lost most of their strength, making it a lot easier to separate his skeleton in individual bones.

I WOULD like to mention that IF both of them were out for blood, Spider-Man would win EASILY, but only if he intended to kill Wolverine. In the comics, one of the only times that Wolverine has died is because he was encased in Adamantium, causing him to run out of oxygen and die. Tobey could EASILY just web him up and wait for him to suffocate

In my estimation the difference comes down to endurance. Spider Man is stronger and faster but Wolverine really only needs one successful attack to kill or disable him while due to the healing factor Spider Man will have to do much more to keep Wolverine down especially if he goes into berserker mode. It's also worth noting that Spider Man has no armor or defense that will stop Wolverine's claws from being effective while Wolverine can honestly fight naked with no change in his durability. Spider Man's best bet will be to try to knock out Wolverine or restrain him in some way because killing him really isn't an option. Meanwhile Wolverine just need to get in close enough for a clean kill. Due to spidey senses and Spider Man's superior speed this will be hard but he only needs to do it once to end the fight.
