MY COOKING ESSENTIALS Air Fryer/Oven/Toaster I Use for EVERYTHING: amzn.to/3ShXqWb My (very affordable) favourite blender (plus comes with 2 mini sizes!): amzn.to/3ucYJxF Tofu Press: amzn.to/47UZnxJ RECIPE + INSTRUCTIONS - 1 block firm/extra firm tofu (frozen and then thawed) - 2 Tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp each of garlic powder, paprika, nutritional yeast (optional) - 2 Tbsp corn starch (or tapioca starch) 1. Freeze your tofu in your freezer overnight 2. Take it out, and let it thaw in the morning 3. Put in your tofu press and let it press for 20-30 minutes -- drain the excess liquid (you can alternatively press it using a clean kitchen towel and something heavy). 4. Cut your tofu into cubes (or rip into pieces) 5. Add your spices, mix to combine, then add in your starch 6. Air Fry on 350F for 10-15 minutes or until crispy 7. Serve with your favourite sauce or sides and enjoy!
