5 Tbsp. olive oil
60gr grated parmesan
Mix well
3 beat eggs
Wheat Flour
0:08 Dip cauliflower in flour
1:15 Dip in eggs
1:34 Dip in breading
2:43 Bake 15 minutes at 200°C / 392°F
Sauce:
Chop the onion
Pour olive oil into the pan
Fry the onion
Cut the champignons
Add mushrooms to the pan and fry
Salt to taste
Cook 15-20 minutes
Add 200 g sour cream (room temperature) at the end
Cool and grind with a blender with parsley
