Here’s my Ackee and saltfish recipe :
Here are the ingredients used:
FOR PIGS TAIL :
1 pack of fresh pigs tail
Onion
Garlic
Escallion
Thyme
Scotch bonnet peppers
1 tsp salt
1 tbs creole seasoning
Add enough water to cover the pigs tail
(Pressure for 20 minutes)
FOR ACKEE:
Chopped Escallion
Chopped onions
Bell peppers
Scotch bonnet peppers
1 tsp black pepper
