OMG Brother! Yours BP's look delish! They use to have the Golden Crust beef & Jerk chicken at the Dollar Tree haven't seen them in a couple of months. Golden Crust in NYC I used to slways get their patties. Sadly, I moved, I plan to make some soon, I love them when I had some rice & greens left, I akways heat up a patty and Bam! I had a good meal. Looks more like cheese than butter

It does look like cheese but it’s frozen butter. It’s easier to incorporate the butter with the flour while it’s frozen.
