Hi Vanjo Merano, you made not do your videos in English but your instruction (I am an ex teacher and trainer), eye for detail, obvious strong desire to make 'tasty' food, tips along the way was far better than most English cooks I have watched on here, even Hairy Bikers and Gordon Ramsey. Not been to the Philippines but have a few friends who are, I think I may do this one and hopefully get a few smiles for doing so.

You don't have to put anything but if you really want to, you can mix soy sauce, lime, sugar (brown or white) and vinegar. Do a tasting to see if it's to your liking before adding it to the pork.
