Beer Carnitas:

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika

The salsa:

Garlic cream:
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp sour cream
1 small shallot
spring onion or chives
1 or 2 cloves of garlic

Guacamole:

1 tomato
1/2 onion
1/2 lime (juice)
2 ripe avocados
salt pepper
Corn tortillas:
16-18 tortillas
3cup PAN corn flour
13,5 fl oz lukewarm water
1 tsp baking soda
