Now that’s a dish! Looks seriously tasty. Quick question, what’s the best method to tenderise the lamb before adding the marinade? White / cider vinegar? Cheers

You don't need to tenderise before, but you can use corn start or rice wine

The cumin that you used to marinate the lamb, is that the mixture with the salt, peppercorn and pepper flakes?
