Crispy Supreme Beef Tacos

New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates how to make Crispy Supreme beef tacos. It consists of a hard-shell corn tortilla, chili beef filling, sour cream, 2 different types of cheese, lettuce, tomato and black olives. This recipe makes 10 medium-sized tacos. Oh Charlie, as usual you out did yourself. I love the sour cream as well. The tips you gave me to improve my tacos: 1. use the flat bottom tacos, 2. scoop out the tomato and use only the outside of it, 3. add peppers and cumin to the ground beef. Thanks Charlie

So, it's Taco Tuesday. I just finished making this. I'm waiting for my husband to come home before eating the complete taco, but the filling is delicious. It has a different taste than I'm used to for tacos. Like it has more body. This is the 1st time I added peppers and onions to my meat. I was low on cumin, and I added lite hot sauce and crushed peppers, so that may have made a difference. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to diving in for dinner!
